COVID-19 Update
COVID-19 Update as of June 1, 2020
We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy during these crazy times. We just wanted to let everyone know that we are still here and open. At Issaquah Honda Kubota we are taking our role as a responsible employer, and place you choose to shop, very seriously. Because of this, we wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
We are cleaning our showroom, counters, and other high traffic areas regularly in order to keep everyone healthy. We are also actively communicating with our employees about the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of any germs, including thorough hand washing, avoiding contact with people who are sick, and of course, staying home if they are not feeling well.
To further protect our employees and customers, there are a few precautions that we have put into place:- Store Hours:

Our biggest concern right now is keeping our customers and employees feeling safe and taking as many precautions as possible. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
Critical Infrastructure Industry
As the Nation comes together to slow the spread of COVID-19, the President issued a Coronavirus Guidance for America. This guidance states that: "if you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule." This past week Washington State enacted further restrictions including a Shelter-In-Place for residents, other than for critical infrastructure industry employees or to run errands to get groceries, go to medical appointments, etc.
Issaquah Honda Kubota continues to operate in the face of COVID-19 as an essential business that meets both Washington State's, and the Department of Homeland Security's Food and Agriculture Sector profiles. We are, therefore, authorized to remain open during this time.
The Food and Agriculture industry has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Industry" under Presidential Policy Directive 21 and Department of Homeland Security emergency readiness programs implementing the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 including "Employees engaged in the manufacture and maintenance of equipment and other infrastructure necessary to agricultural production and distribution."
This designation does not take away from the fact that our priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and community. To that end, we will constantly be looking into what we can do to improve the safety of those who walk into our store. We are constantly pushing to enable social distancing, enhanced cleaning and sanitation regimens across our facility, among other efforts that will be listed and updated on this page.
We're continuing to monitor guidance from regulatory bodies, including state and federal officials, the Centers for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization, and will make adjustments if advised to do so.
Our efforts to keep our store and facility running is to ensure we're able to keep our customers operational with the equipment, parts, service, and support they rely on us for - including farmers and contractors who are critical to the well-being of our nation and world.
We look forward to serving your needs well into the future!
Best Regards,
Your Issaquah Honda Kubota Family
